Child Safety & CSAE Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Zero Tolerance
VibelyTalk has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content or conduct that endangers minors. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We act immediately on every credible report and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
1. Our Commitment
VibelyTalk ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to preventing the sexual abuse and exploitation of children on our platform. This Child Safety Policy explains the standards we enforce against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), how we prevent it, how you can report it, and how we respond. This policy is published in compliance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021, and applicable Google Play and Apple App Store child safety standards.
2. Definitions
- Child / Minor: Any person under the age of 18 years, as defined under the POCSO Act, 2012.
- CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation — any act that sexualizes, abuses, or exploits a minor, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and solicitation.
- CSAM: Child Sexual Abuse Material — any image, video, text, or other content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Grooming: Any attempt by an adult to build a relationship or trust with a minor in order to sexually abuse, exploit, or traffic them.
3. Minimum Age Requirement
- VibelyTalk is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above.
- Registration requires verification through a valid Indian mobile number and OTP.
- We do not knowingly allow, register, or retain any user under the age of 18.
- If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will suspend the account immediately, delete the associated data, and take further action where required by law.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent ban:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to any CSAM.
- Sexualizing, grooming, or soliciting a minor in any form.
- Attempting to meet, contact, or exploit a minor through the App.
- Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting one's age.
- Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the exploitation of minors.
- Sharing content that endangers or encourages harm to a child.
5. How We Prevent Child Exploitation
- Age gating: Access restricted to users 18 and above, with phone/OTP verification at sign-up.
- Reporting tools: In-app options to report any user, profile, message, or content that may harm a minor.
- Blocking: Users can block any other user instantly, cutting off all further contact.
- Content moderation: We review reported content and remove violating material promptly.
- Account action: We suspend and permanently ban accounts involved in CSAE, and preserve relevant evidence.
- Law enforcement cooperation: We report credible CSAE to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Reporting Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation
If you encounter any content or behavior on VibelyTalk that sexualizes, abuses, or endangers a minor, report it to us immediately. Reports are treated as urgent and confidential.
In-app: Use the "Report" option on the user's profile or on any message.
Email: contact@vibelytalk.in (mark the subject as "CHILD SAFETY")
Response time: We review child safety reports on a priority basis, within 24 hours.
When reporting, please include as much detail as possible — the username or profile, screenshots, date and time, and a description of what happened. Do not download, save, or re-share any suspected CSAM; report it instead.
7. How We Respond to Reports
- We review every child safety report on a priority basis.
- We remove violating content and suspend the offending account immediately upon confirmation.
- We preserve relevant account data and evidence as permitted by law.
- We report confirmed CSAE to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- We permanently ban offenders and block attempts to re-register.
8. Reporting to Authorities in India
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services first. You can also report child sexual abuse and exploitation directly to the Indian authorities:
- Police Emergency: 112
- Childline India: 1098 (24x7 helpline for children in distress)
- National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in (report CSAM/CSAE online)
- National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR): https://ncpcr.gov.in
9. Compliance with Google Play & App Store Standards
VibelyTalk complies with the child safety standards required by Google Play and the Apple App Store, including maintaining a published CSAE prevention policy, providing in-app mechanisms to report CSAE, acting on reports, and designating a point of contact for child safety matters. We do not permit any content that exploits or endangers children.
10. Child Safety Point of Contact
We have designated a point of contact responsible for child safety and CSAE compliance on VibelyTalk:
Child Safety Officer: Vishal
Email: contact@vibelytalk.in
Website: https://vibelytalk.in
Response time: Within 24 hours for child safety reports
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform requirements, or our practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
